Seasonal Evaluation - Winter 2016 (Second Quarter)
Fucking finally Ajin, took you a week or so after every other another anime already had their sixth episode out, you too Dagashi Kashi, letting this whole thing sit there 'till you both came out.
Now we are in the second quarter of Winter 2016, so far everything is the same, as always. Any updates? Sure, there are no stories to be found in any of these, if you exclude ERASED and Ajin.
Winter 2016
As of late the sixth episode of a few, like 2 anime, had some very entertaining episodes, which don’t really help it all that much, but anyways.
Active Raid: Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit
(Active Raid: Kidou Kyoushuushitsu Dai Hachi Gakari)
Rating: 1/10
Active Raid continues its trend of still being bad. The sixth episode was entertaining at least, the best episode is the most enjoyable, which is surprising. If the show was anything like the sixth episode then this would have been a more fun and better show. Now then have the characters developed over the three weeks? Not a single bit, has a story been introduced? Not in the slightest. Is there a reason to continue? NOPE. Dropped, nah if only I could say that but I’ll just continue, even with the inevitable second season in summer.
Ajin
Rating: 6/10
The show continues to build upon itself, it has pretty flat characters, but the story is progressing, which is a positive since most anime with a story can't seem to do.
Assassination Classroom Second Season
(Ansatsu Kyoushitsu Second Season)
Rating: 3/10
The show is still not funny and it’s very odd to see that it thinks it’s funny. The characters are still undeveloped which is a big problem since we do not care about any of them, even if the show tries to make us care it will fall flat on its ass. I’m expecting slow-pacing from this point on for some odd reason but with this type of show it can dish out anything that will seem convenient, not for plot sake but for episode count sake.
Dagashi Kashi
Rating: 6/10
Dagashi Kashi surprises me for two reasons:
-It keeps the same consistent quality
-It doesn’t get old, at least for me
If the comedy gets old then at least the characters keep this together since they actually colorful.
Dimension W
Rating: 3/10
As the show continues to go on it go down hill more and more to where you ultimately do NOT care for any, and I mean ANY, of the characters. There is STILL no story present but instead is replaced by a bunch of circle jerking.
Divine Gate
Rating: 2/10
Still bad and pretentious, it acts like it’s smart when it is in fact a piece of shit. The character haven’t even learned anything and there are characters that we, the audience, are suppose to know somehow even though we have no clue as to who they are. “Oh hey person that I think we saw for like a split micro second 3 weeks ago!” Oh right, Divine Gate is suppose to have a story, is that what this latter half of the series is going to be? You know instead of dicking around!
ERASED
(Boku Dake ga Inai Machi)
Rating: 7/10
The center of elitism hate, with it have a nice cozy spot at number 7 on the top 10 of this website with a score 9.11 making it more hyped than One Punch Man and with an even higher score along with it climbing to the top eons faster than what OPM managed to do which took it an entire season, which is surprising. ERASED has been able to keep at it with a well balanced level. The characters need a little work and the story is a bit lacking but the overall presentation, which is something most people forget, like when they see a bad episode, episode 5, which wasn’t even a bad episode in and of itself, they forget everything that the show did and just focus on that. ERASED is able to keep that sense of “thrill” that it has, which is not a bad thing of course.
Gate: Thus the JSDF Fought There! Fire Dragon Arc
(Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri 2nd Season)
Rating: 2.5/10
Better than the first season because it actually has a story!
Girls Beyond the Wasteland
(Shoujo-tachi wa Kouya wo Mezasu)
Rating: 4/10
The character are all boring and there is no plot anywhere.
KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!

The only positive thing I can say about this is that it doesn't try to take itself serious in any way.

Anime: Fairy Tail
Character who says the quote: Erza Scarlet
Fairy Tail is an anime that has received its numerous amount of criticisms which I believe is absolutely understandable. Its a very friendship anime which focuses more on having the main characters beat impossible odds every story arc than go through tragic growth(there are two exceptions I can think of within the story though). This itself is definitely a negative because we want to see our characters evolve over time more than just always win fights. For me, my biggest issue with the series is its awkward fan service which in my opinion downgrades the quality tremendously. Nonetheless, part of the reason why I enjoy Fairy Tail so much is because its just a very motivating animation and supplies so many emotions in how we should take care of ourselves with tackling life.
Erza is one of the most beloved characters and part of the reason for this is because she is a very strong female who anybody could look up to. The way she is written is mixed between tragic to insanely goofy to ultimately heart warming where most characters gain a lot of confidence from her.
What I like about this quote is that its a very honest view about how life doesn't remain easy. So many times I thought for sure that my struggles were going to be over and that everything afterwards would just be a bright warm light covering me forever on. The reality is..when a challenge ends usually there is an even bigger giant that takes the place of the last one. We as people are always going to be fighting for more somehow and its up to us to become even stronger from our past experiences so we can execute the right knowledge. Fairy Tail might not be the most well written masterpiece of this age but it does a fantastic job with making numerous viewers smile and providing the right fuzzy feelings to face another day.

Help! Searching for something to watch
Well... I'm running out of series to watch.
I came here to the MAL Community to see if someone can help me to find something to watch.
I have a list for the ones I'm planning to watch, but it's just that none convinces me.
I'm searching for an ecchi comedy kind of anime, you know like TO-LOVE-RU, Nisemonogatari, Infinite Stratos, etc. that kind.
But this is not completely necessary beacause I'm searching for recommendations, right? So I will hear what you guys recommend me, no matter what anime it is, if you say it's good I'll search for it and probably watch it.

Hello!
Wow. I'm surprised I hadn't made a blog post on here before. Well, my 2nd novel, Sweet Endless Terror: An Anthology of Nightmares, was recently approved to be published! :D It's available to purchase as a preorder until March 4th. It's available at Apple's iBooks, Kobo, and Barnes and Noble right now. On Smashwords, it's published through them, people can read a free sample. After March 4th, it'll be available pretty much everywhere. People can order it through Smashwords then, too. I'm still really excited! It's 12 short stories based on my recurring nightmares.
I've also found out recently that I lost enough weight to go down another pant size. I'm also in the 'regular' or normal section now. I've gone down about 5 sizes now.
I've also just gotten over a really nasty cold that lasted about 11 days. I was taking 2 immunosuppressants when I started to feel sick. I'm on 1 now. But, this is the 3rd time in 5 months that I've been sick. -_-'
Been watching some interesting anime lately, too. Gintama keeps getting better and better. Only, it's been a bit depressing lately. One Punch Man reminds me of Gintama. What with all the parody and the type of comedy. That's right up my alley. Erased is interesting, too. Seems pretty unique. Fairy Tail Zero has been fun and interesting to watch so far. I think I know Zera might be an illusion of Mavis, and that she's really dead. There's been a lot of hinting at it. Cool to see the beginning of Fairy Tail, too.
The manga I've been reading has been interesting, too. Kuroshitsuji just keeps getting better. I've really grown to love it. Tegami Bachi just seems like it's gotten more and more trippy. Still not entirely sure I like 6 no Trigger. Although, it has gotten better as I continue to read it. Asklepios has been pretty good so far. Seems kind of like it's underrated. It'd be cool if a lot of the manga I have on hold would update. Some I really like, and really want to continue. But, I'll just have to wait for now.
