Fall 2019 Anime Season Wrap-up
The Fall 2019 anime season is over and it was another skimpy one for me. I'm following so few anime series nowadays that I'm following more manga series. I should write about some of the manga that I'm following at some point?
Okay, so here are the anime series that I watched this past season, the ones that I dropped and the one anime movie that I watched during the Fall season:
Watched:
"Meitantei Conan" - I'm still watching it after all these years. The anime reached 964 episodes as if the end of the year. Current rating: A. It's still fun and I'll keep on going as long as it and I last?
"One Piece" - I'm still watching this too after 20 or so years. The anime reached 915 episodes as of the end of the year. Current rating: A. It's also still fun and it might even end one of these years?
"Chihayafuru - 3" - Episodes watched - 12. Continuing into Winter 2020. I can't explain why I like this silly Josei/Shoujo quasi-sports anime so much but it grabs me with every episode. Current rating: A.
"Enen no Shouboutai" aka "Fire Force". Ended at 24 episodes. It's coming back for another season in the summer. Rating: B+. This is an entertaining series that is almost very good, but at times it seems that the author is trying too hard to make this "Not Soul Eater". I'll watch the continuation.
"Gegege no Kitaro" - I'm still following after 86 episodes and it's showing no signs of ending. This modern version of the old classic is reasonable fun and sometimes timely. Current rating: B.
"Dr. Stone" - Ended at 24 episodes. It's also coming back for another season at some point this year. It was okay when it focussed on science and engineering, but not so much when it did Shounen Action. Since most of the next series will be Shounen Action I probably won't follow it. Final rating: B
"Mairimashita! Iruma-kun" - Episodes watched - 13. This is a silly and predictable shounen comic fantasy but for some reason I'm enjoying it. Current rating: B-.
"Ore o Suki nano wa Omae dake kay o" - Completed at 12 episodes. This was the big disappointment for me this season. The show started out as a fun and cynical satire of romcoms but it gave up on that by the mid-point and just became a brainless and unfunny romcom itself. Final rating: C-

Movie:
"Conan Movie 23 - The Fist of Blue Sapphire" - Rating: A. The Conan franchise is running out of buildings to destroy and people to murder in Japan so this movie moved to Singapore for its setting. Kaido Kid played a big part in the story so that made it more fun than usual.

Cuando investigué un poco sobre un anime de recuentos de la vida, un toque moe, y la relación al estudio de los astros, me llegó un recuerdo vago de un anime cuya temática es la misma: la astrología. Su nombre es Galilei Donna, anime del 2013. Cuya premisa ya no lo recuerdo bien, pero, no se trata precisamente de la vida de Galileo como tal sino de las protagonistas siendo desendientes de él. Donna, a diferencia de Asteroid, la veo más fantasioso pero entretenido a la vez.

Evangelina: su película más esperada y los funkos
Hace unas horas se dió la noticia del lanzamiento de una nueva figura del personaje Rei Ayanami... pero con un atuendo (plugsuit) diferente a como la hemos visto con su característico color blanco. Se ve espectacular.

Además de los funkos de los protagonistas (Shinji, Asuka y Rei). Pero, quizá, pueda conseguir el único funko que realmente si se ve muy bien hecho, y me refería al Eva.

La culminacion de las dos temporadas anteriores, ainz ooal gown se revela al mundo y demuestra su poderio ante lo que para el no son mas que criaturas insignificantes. ¿Como se veran afectados los heroes y reyes de esta tierra?
Durante la segunda temporada se dedico mas tiempo a los antagonistas (o en este caso heroese) y en esta tercera temporada las luces caen completamente en ellos como reaccionan ante el poder de estos semidioses, que decision tomaran al enfrentarse al exterminio o la esclavitud.
una serie que sigue renovandose entregando mas vueltas de tuerca manteniendo su esencia de manera que nos muestra ambas caras de una moneda y un desarollo espectacular de como estas facciones colisionan. atras quedo el aspecto de isekai casi introductorio que ya no interesa al ver tan buena calidad de drama y fantasia con personajes bien definidos y por los cuales uno sigue alentando a pesar de ya habernos mostrado en las temporadas anteriores que no hay igual para ainz ooal gown.
mil veces recomendada esta serie y por lo tanto esta tercera temporada de OVERLORD!!

The Reality of MHA
MHA a classical anime, had been my favorite for over a year when I was only watching small series. Then I went onto AOT, TPN, DS, etc, and I recognized that MHA was over-hyped. Sure I love it and everyone else does, but is it really the BEST anime of 2019? What deserves more appreciation is shows like Madoka Magica, (Love, Chunibyo, and Delusions), and The Promised Neverland. My Hero Academia is a beautiful manga, better than the anime of course, but what surprises me is the amount of more respectfulness the manga fandom has than the anime fandom. Not calling anybody out, but MHA has a horrible fandom when it comes to the anime, to the point where people will literally rant and make disgusting videos online about their 'favorite ships'. This is truly what I hate about it, the OPINIONS on characters, "Oh, he is abused BEST character," or, "HE DOESN'T DESERVE A REDEMPTION ARC," sure you are allowed to have your own opinions, but please do not attack me. The manga fans are hilarious on the other-hand, I'd be scrolling through comments of the previous chapters, and a weird man would said something totally preverted about Froggy while my man Chad over here just replies with a 'No.' I am not saying that the anime sucks, I am simply saying that if you are gonna over-hype anything or freak out about anything, I recommend you read the manga first.
