I have now officially finished Hanasakeru Seishounen. I have to say, It was pretty good for an anime I had originally started out of boredom and curiosity. I don't want to give it an 8 because that's what I rated "Free!" and I know for a fact, Hanasakeru Seishounen has a much better plot. And I really didn't want to give It a 10 because this show doesn't even begin to compare to Code Geass. So I gave It a 9. I couldn't give it an 8.5 because that Isn't an option. So there you have it! As for the other categories of the ratings:
Music: 8.5 The theme song was pretty and the background music was suitable. Nothing extravagant but nothing terrible.
Plot: 9 I have to say, It was a pretty cool story with the secret about her bloodline. But, It didn't want to make me scream "OMGOMGOMG I DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING!" So overall, I'd say It was pretty good.
Characters: 8 The characters were pretty cute but the main girl was just...too...blegh nothing special...she was much too friendly. The development of the characters wasn't too great because you couldn't REALLY understand what they were feeling and they were too...non-realistic? Nah I can't say that. But, I don't know. I couldn't really love them.
Art: 8 It wasn't badly drawn but the characters weren't that attractive. Except for Eugene "Mustafa" and Lee-Leng. They were pretty nice. And Rumaty was cute. But, the animation was ok. Nothing compared to the art of Black Butler or Vampire Knight etc.
Well, I think that's all I can say. Next time I'll be reviewing...well I'm not sure yet. I haven't thought about it yet and with school starting in 6 days I don't have much time left. Join me next time to see what I review! (Who again? xD)
