He was of course expelled for his experiments and work, claiming he was slandering the work of real doctors. What they didn't know was that he had proficiently developed new forms of 'healing'. This Phantasm is a culmiation of his work, making him capable of restoring his own Stats and Skills to their default forms or the Stats and Skills of others.

But he can alter the chance of a stumble, or a miss, or other minor effects of the battle.
