First of all let's talk a bit about Belgium! :D
Belgium is a kingdom located in Western Europe. The state form is federal monarchy.
It is one of the founding members of the European Union and also one of the richest countries in Europe. The population is about 11 million people. It is the home of two main linguistic groups, the Dutch-speakers and the French-speakers (and also a small group of German-speakers).
Atonium :)
I couln't photo the flower fields, but to show you what the scenery was like, I managed to find a beautiful picture about it :D
That's all about Belgium! :D Next time I will write about Germany!!! :D
Anthem: The Brabançonne

"L'union fait la force" (French)
"Einigkeit macht stark" (German)
"Strength through Unity" (literally, "Unity makes strength")
History summary:
I arrived in Belgium on the 19th of June. Inspite of the changeable wheather and rain, the scenery was beautiful! :D The fields were covered by colourful flowers and the blue sky was a good match with it. Brussel's narrow, cobber old streets enchanted me. Every street could show you something new: an old Baroque building, a church, famous sights, or an adorable sweet-shop grabs your attention. The air was permeated by the scent of caffe and chocolate. In the chocolate shops the shop assistants offered titbits to the customers, while on the streets the waffel vendors welcomed you. The atmosphere of the city totally fascinated me, and by the end of the day while you are drinking your hot chocolate or eating your waffel you could only think: "This is one of the most beautiful cities in the world!"
The Belgian people are friendly and helpful. :)
Let's say some negative things as well. Inspite of there is a small German-speaking group, don't speak German in Belgium!!! NEVER!!
This is my experience: I walked to the waffel vendor to buy waffel. I said politely: "Guten Tag! I möchte ein Waffel mit Nutella." (Good afternoon! I would like a waffel with nutella.) It.Was.A.Big.Mistake. Man, if the eyes could kill!!! O.O Fortunately, my friend can speak French and helped me out, but it was very frightening. (and of course I get my waffel!! <3 *-*)
I visited some famous sights as well :)
Sculpture Lord Everard t'Serklasu.
Yet it is called "sleeping knight." Existing legends, one of which is that touching, become successful, and the other - a touch heals all diseases. Unfortunately when I was there it was renoveted, so I couldn't see it and touch it. :/
Manneken Pis, is almost 400 years old. I thought that it's bigger but it is only 60 cm high. According to one legend, the child pisaya, saved the city from fire.
