This been bugging me for a whiled. How come Hayate is a SS rank mage and i think lieutenant colonel or commander whiled Nanoha and Fate are only S plus and captains? Shouldnt does two be higher in magic, power, and military rank then Hayate since they have more experience and they being mages longer? Did they ever explain that?
