Kyoto Animation's next anime(?)

Apparently..according to their website Kyoto Animation will be announcing a new anime this Friday: http://www.kyotoanimation.co.jp/countdown/ The real question is what it might be! Anyways, from some guesses, I can think of the following: 1) Swimming anime 2) Rewrite adaptation 3) Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! Season 2 4) Hyouka S2 I'm pretty sure it won't be a new Hyouka season (hoping though) but I'm pretty curious on what the announcement of the new anime may be.
