Hum drum. Anime St. Louis was held April 12th - 14th this year. This was my first year on staff and I can positively say it took a lot out of me. Thankfully all of my food, badge, and hotel room was paid for. The maid cafe this year turned out to be short handed, so I took it upon myself to decorate cute cookies and ice creams with my terrible artistic skills to try and help out. The butler that I handed my creations to looked at them with a sheepish look and I replied "Well, you're a guy. The customers will understand." (✖╭╮✖) By the end of the weekend I was found in a deep slumber on top of a table in the programming operations room.
Did I leave the convention empty handed?! ABSOLUTELY NOT! I purchased a giant Totoro pillow, a Totoro coin purse, a Korilakkuma plush, a box set of Samurai Champloo, and a box set of Gungrave. Alas, I was unable to snag a love pillow of my liking before they were gone. (╯3╰) I figure I can just make one online.

I want to give a special shout out to our usual game show host Greggo for being super awesome while I hosted the opening and closing ceremonies. The crowd absolutely loved him.
