Description of the Phantasm
Elizabeth inspired the vampire myth almost as much as vlad the impaler so her noble phantasm is she gets vampiric powers every time she drinks blood wether it from a servant or a mortal person she can regenerate wounds and the only way to kill her is a stab through the heart this also lets her turn into a swarm of bats she can reattach cut off body parts easily but in order to regrow them she needs blood

Elizabeth is the blood countess she has bathed in blood long periods of time and gathered many gallons of bloods her phantasm is she controls blood and can use it for just about anything from setting it on fire to making blood knights
