Poe can 'see' the heartbeats of his enemies and his allies, a mostly unoffensive Phantasm. This is a good way to counter very fast or invisible opponents, and an Assassin with a Presence Concealment that is or less than B Rank can be 'seen' by these eyes. No exceptions.
