Weekly anime roundup, 04/13

I feel that these weekly posts are in DIRE need of screenshots.. but I haven't found a very good way to provide them yet. Soon(tm). For now some few misc ones that I literally still had lying around (on my desktop). As for this week of stuff, I've literally only gotten to watch the currently running shows, and nothing more of the extra ones that I'd hoped to start/continue (Les Miserables/ Accel World). In fact, not even all of the current ones. Ah well, shit work is shit. Vividred Operation ep1-3: The mix of Nanoha, Strike Witches and generic_magical_girl_show so far has been intriguing enough for me to keep following this. I'm kinda disappointed that in episode 3 a non-loli joined the team, but she's voiced by Toshino Kyouko's (of YuruYuri) voice actress so that's fine I guess :D Also, those crotch/butt shots from behind were kinda funky the first and I guess second and third time too.. but somehow they just won't stop! Kotoura-san ep3: It's cool to see the relationship actually developing, as opposed to staying the same over the course of the whole show, like in so many series these days. The gags however haven't changed much or at all, maybe they're gonna have to mix it up a little in future to keep this interesting. So far I'm still a fan though. The pre-opening scene (love umbrella thing on the board) of this episode was also glorious. GJ-bu ep3: Somehow didn't enjoy this episode as much as I did enjoy ep1 and 2. To the point it didn't really interest me at all. Hope they'll fix whatever it was that was broken again in future episodes, because the first two were awesome. More maid scenes I needed I feel. But whatever. Sasami-san ep3: I still think the same about this show as after ep2. The first half of ep1, where everything was still "normal" and no gods and other higher powers of weirdism were introduced were funny and entertaining to watch. Everything after that so far was more weird than entertaining to me (yes I know those aren't mutually exclusive : p). I still hope that Shaft has something up their sleeve for this show though, now that everything in the show is introduced more or less. Because it really does look awesome, as expected of Shaft. Tamako Market ep3: A new character, and a real feel-good-episode. Probably the best one so far. The bird is (still) an awesome source of lulz, and the characters are KyoAni-level-adorable. Can't wait for more. Definitely on the way to 9/10 so far. Tomodachi ga Sukunai Next ep3: GLORIOUS episode. First half full of lolilism. Second half the obligatory Ou-sama-game. The "kiss" scene was a bit anti-climactic, but nonetheless the episode was very entertaining, and also one of the very few episodes this week I actually took a few screenshots of (of Sena!). At this rate I actually wonder how long they can provide the lulz in this one. OreShura ep3: Dropped. Unbearable to watch really despite the awesome art style.
